Wise-Anderson Protocol (from Wiki): "A physician does the medical evaluation and treats the medical issues, the physical therapist teaches the patients self-administered trigger point release and administers the physical therapy part of the protocol, and a psychologist treats the psychological and behavioral aspects of the relaxation protocol." and does not discount the importance of "the psychological/behavioral (I would add emotional/energetic) aspects of the relaxation protocol."

Treat Your Triggers.com: A website with lots of useful information on treating your own trigger points. It's a fabulous idea to educate clients, that I wish to incorporate more into my practice so you will have to pay less to get seen/treated by a professional therapist (if you could do it for yourself at home:)
Due to my limited availability, here are other sources of Neuromuscular Therapists in the area. Doing some yoga poses or stretching exercises is highly recommended to prevent trigger points from developing.
Decatur Healing Arts : Many well qualified therapists with their own unique styles (NMT surely covered), often has same day appointments. The front desk is staffed with volunteers, and is a community with healing in mind as name implies.
Garden View Massage : Multiple neuromuscular therapists on staff to accommodate clients 7 days a week. Seems to accept insurance, and is a clinically oriented, local business!
